Fracturing Fluid High Temperature Gel Stabilizer

YOGI-Gel-Sta high-temperature gel stabilizer is used in fracturing fluids. Gel-Sta gel stabilizer can provide the following benefits:
• It helps prevent gel degradation.
• It has a shelf-life of up to 24 months.
• The Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) does not classify Gel-Sta gel stabilizer as a hazardous waste.

At temperatures above 200°F (93°C), Gel-Sta gel stabilizer increases the temperature stability of gelled fracturing fluids, resulting in a long-lasting, high-viscosity fluid at temperature. Typical Gel-Sta gel stabilizer
concentrations are 5 to 30 lb stabilizer/1,000 gal of fracturing fluid.

Gel-Sta gel stabilizer is not effective in the presence of carbon dioxide (CO2).
