YOGI’S EPLUB-WB (Extreme Pressure Water Based Lubricant) is a very economical water-based lubricant based on fatty derivatives. It is water miscible, biodegradable and so has minimal effect on environment. It is designed to reduce friction under extreme pressure (metal-to- metal) and in the borehole (metal-to-formation).
YOGI’S EPLUB-WB (Extreme Pressure Water Based Lubricant) is a non-toxic liquid, general purpose lubricant having temperature stability up to 177°C for all types of water-based muds. It reduces the coefficient of friction, and decreases the torque, drag and bit/stabilizer balling by reducing the friction between the drill string and the wall cake.
YOGI’S EPLUB-WB will minimize the possibility of differential sticking, lubricate drill rods and casing, reduce heat formation at bit face, reduce bit-balling and mud rings on rods.
YOGI’S EPLUB-WB (Extreme Pressure Water Based Lubricant) additive has application in extended reach, deviated and horizontal wellbores.
The recommended concentration of YOGI’S LUBRICANT-WB ranges from 1 to 3 % depending on the system.
